How do I return an order?
If you purchased a rental, a shipping label should be with your order. Pack the pedal up in the same box, stick the shipping label on the outside, and drop it at your nearest USPS.
If you purchased a pedal normally or your label is lost, contact our support team for assistance with your return.
If I choose to purchase a pedal at the end of my rental, what will my discount be?
Our pedals are already discounted at a used price due to our model. Pedals purchased through a rental will have an additional discount equal to the total amount paid thus far.
